like the do not fly list? that even ted kennedy found himself on? his position afforded him the opportunity to have himself removed, but what about the thousands who have no power? lists and databases to prevent something are nothing more than prior restraint and are unconstitutional.

are you a constitutional expert? would that not be up to scotus? notice that i am in favor of safeguards for any government or corporate database

data mining and databases that once you are on them need ways to have your data / name removed

however, i doubt that will happen so happy life in a goldfish bowl

yes, I do believe that I am. at least moreso than anyone in the government, lawyers included.

that same SCOTUS who ruled that newly freed blacks couldn't be american citizens? that same SCOTUS who ruled that the government has not direct responsibility to protect you? that same SCOTUS who has created exceptions and balancing tests between your rights and state interests, despite very clear cut wording of things that the government has no power to do? no, I do not leave that up to that SCOTUS.
