But being arrogant, unaware, and ignoring isn't a defense, they were in the room and went to the room anticipating information provided by the Russian Gov't, puts the Trump team in contact with Russian agents, an accusation the campaign not only denied continuously but also belittled it and passed it off as nonsense

Kushner was at the meeting. Period. He was also in the emails. He knew the story. Also lied about it.
