The FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President JOE BIDEN was involved in a $5,000,000 bribery scheme with a Burisma executive has been released by @ChuckGrassley.

This is a formal allegation. This is hearsay. This is not considered “proof”. It’s an allegation that needs to be proved. Anyone can fill this form out. Like all the affidavits that were signed about election fraud, remember? It meant nothing because it wasn’t true.

An FD-1023 (CHS Reporting Document) is the form FBI agents use to record raw, unverified reporting from confidential human sources.It is used to document a conversation with a confidential informant. It is not evidence, it is not proof, it is nothing more than documenting a conversation. The next step is to determine if it's credible, and if so to investigate. They determined it was not credible.

It is most funny trying to see Comer's attempt to legitimize that garbage report.

He never wants to talk about who submitted it and instead awkwardly refers to the 'Agent who took the report being very credible' and the fact that is 'an official form'.


If the Kraken lady is taken in to the FBI and she wants to submit a report that she just saw Hugo Chavez, stealing election ballets, the FBI guy who takes the reports will be 'credible' and the report will be filed on an official form doc.

That does not mean what was reported is credible nor the person reporting and whether it is Kraken lady or Rudy Giuliani and the Russian asset dude (in this case) that does not make it credible.

That is why Trump's FBI informed congress, when the report was made by Giulini/Russian Asset, that they were not pursuing it. It was garbage.

There are people who go into Police departments and file all sorts of false accusations. Some file reports of non stop murder or pedophilia or other such crimes that are completely fabricated.

It takes time for the police to realize they are crackpots after they investigate the first few and sometimes the nut bar gets charged for filing false reports but not always.

There is a reason the police do not release all the initial taken 'reports' where there was no merits found. Because people reading an 'official police report' saying 'A person is accused of pedophilia', even if filed by a nutbar, that goes no where, can STILL do damage to the accused as some people only read the 'accusation' , and do not realize it was filed by a not credible nutbar.


Grassley and Comer will never tell you it is non credible nutbars (Giuliani/Russian Asset) behind the report. They just want to read the accusations on the air and tell you the FBI agent who wrote it down was credible.

And lest we forget, this lady above ^^^ is the one Rudy felt was credible to actually present. You won't get that with his or any of the other witnesses or whistleblowers as they do not meet her standard set.
