Since the Democrats have passed a Budget.

The Democrats didn't pass one when they controlled the House, they just spent your money like devaluation means nothing.

The Democrats in the Senate Still haven't passed one, yet argue that the only "responsible" thing to do is to raise taxes and overspend more because they "promise" they'll stop spending?

Remember when it was a "travesty" that Bush put the war on a separate vote from the budgets? Well, Obama spends 100% of the money he spends without a budget at all and has since he took office. Silence.

The total fiscal irresponsibility of an entire party, and they try to demonize people who seek cuts in spending? And our media are largely cheerleaders for this utter and complete fiscal irresponsibility.

Fer shizzle?

"Democrats in the Senate Still haven't passed one, yet argue that the only "responsible" thing to do is to raise taxes and overspend more because they "promise" they'll stop spending"?

Got a link for that quote?

818 days since the Senate passed a budget according to the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 the Senate cannot argue appropriations without passing a budget, yet we've spent Trillions...

My gawd... we are such sheeple.

You should study the constitution, the Congress has "the power of the purse" not the president.

Congress, half controlled by Republicans has the duty to pass a budget.

Did you see the press conference following Obama's campaign speech to America yesterday? A reporter asked why Obama didn't present a plan of his own? The reporter was accused of trying to make "talking points". This W.H. is not only fiscally incompetent; economically irresponsible; and completely out of touch- but it is unbelievably audacious!

Apparently you don't know about the actual law that governs the process. A little bit of research for you, look up the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921.

Some important provisions in that Act:

* "On or after the first Monday in January but not later than the first Monday in February of each year, the President shall submit a budget of the United States Government for the following fiscal year."
* "Each budget shall include a budget message and summary and supporting information. The President shall include in each budget the following...." The provision goes on to list about thirty items, such as expenditures and receipts for the past year through the fourth year following the budget year, information on debt, financial information, and information on employment levels.
* "Under regulations prescribed by the President, each agency shall provide information required by the President in carrying out this chapter. The President has access to, and may inspect, records of an agency to obtain information."
* "Estimated expenditures and proposed appropriations for the legislative branch and the judicial branch...shall be submitted to the President before October 16 of each year and included in the budget by the President without change."

After you have looked that one up, look up the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, that one has a provision that no appropriations are to be voted on until a budget is passed.

After you are done looking that up, you can look up all the threads that were hacked at Bush for putting war spending on separate bills from the budget.

818 days with no operating budget, this President puts all spending on outside appropriations, ones that shouldn't be voted on according to laws governing the process. Not just the wars... All of it.
