How do you feel about 5-4 Supreme Court Rulings?

i am not a hypocrite like many liberals here. That is how our court functions. If you notice, I never once blamed the court today, I blamed the proles and the prole representatives. Unlike the self serving hypocrites, who if it was 5-4 in the other direction would have a fainting spell over the "corruption" of the court because it didn't agree with them.
 
Well, a 5-4 precedent isn't necessarily a big deal unelss it's stood the test of time. That's why I don't think Citizens United is a great decision - I have little doubt that it will not stand the test of time, it will not become part of American doctrine.
