Worldwide, the International Monetary Fund is expecting economic growth in 2014 of 3.6 percent, up from a projected 2.9 percent this year. It calls 2014 a year of “transitions and tensions.”

I've never had the nerve to play the market like you do, but this news seems to indicate another great year in store for the family's 401k. We got double digit returns in 2012 and 2013 and it looks like another great year coming despite the usual nonsense from the usual "doom and gloomers".

The market is going to be what it is worth at your retirement date, why not buy cheap before then.
It's twice the long term return of real estate or bonds.
