We will almost certainly have the highest per capita death rate of any major first world nation by election day. Maybe a few microstates (population under 100,000) might beat us, and definitely a few third world nations will beat us.

The USA is the only first world country not to have universal health coverage. According to you having universal health coverage makes a first world country not a first world country, so America is the only first world country in the world?

It's not the government's responsibility to feed you, house you, clothe you, etc. because you refuse to do so. Same goes with healthcare. Taking personal responsibility is first world.
