If u are arrested for a violent crime ..no bail u sit in jail till court date

If you commit "any" violent felony while in possession of a gun you get 25 years. Second offense is life

drive by shooters get life in prison even if no one is killed... Everyone in the car gets life


All carjackers get 15 years.... Second offense is 50




George Floyd should have been in jail...if he had been the riots would have never happened

While I tend to agree with you, there's also the Constitution to consider. Remember when you complained about "innocent until proven guilty" with Trump? LOL

The problem, IMO, is twofold:

1) I see this in the same light as I do about Democrat screams over mass shootings; spectacular, tragic and very rare in comparison to the actual numbers. 330M Americans and about 45 murders in US/day. They are rare. Why don't people give a shit about the other murders unless they are committed with a gun or by a black man?

2) Funding. It's one thing to cut the fat, but after 30 years of cutting taxes for the rich, Republicans are cutting into meat and bone. Can't keep people in prison if the prisons are full, there are less courts and people are being locked up for victimless crimes.
