ATLANTA - A 10-month-old baby is recovering from a shooting in which Atlanta Police says the child was grazed by the bullet. It happened Sunday evening on the 2600 block of Fairlane Drive in southeast Atlanta. Police got the call just after 7 p.m. A woman at the scene told police her house was shot up by what appeared to be a juvenile suspect. She said there may have been more involved. The woman told officials she was outside with her children when a car pulled up to her house and the person or people inside began shooting. The Atlanta Police Department said the shooting took place on Fairlane Drive in SE Atlanta. (FOX 5 Atlanta) Officials believe one of the bullets brushed past the baby's ear. They're thankful that the child's wound was non-life-threatening. No one else was shot. Authorities are still working to understand the circumstances that led to the shooting and have not released any information on suspects or arrests.

Unfortunately, this 10-month-old marks the 24th child shot in Atlanta this year.

Just terribleUnfortunately,.. this happens far too often...What gun control law would have stopped this drive by?

Far too often indeed.

When it's black on black, the far left is silent.
They know who did this...but chances are good they'll never be caught...and even if they are...never prosecuted... That's the problem....not the gun laws...

Indeed.

The gun sits quietly awaiting a thug to use it illegally.

When a gun is used illegally by thugs, people of the ilk of D/A Bragg in NY release them.

The far left Democratic Socialists support people like Bragg in large Democratic controlled cities all across America.
