All knives should be banned worldwide. Sales of steak should be banned. The government should put hamburger grinding plants in every town, and raise taxes on the rich to pay for it. All those with incomes under $250K should have free hamburger grinding service.

A select few people in each town should be elected as official cutters. If one needs to cut something, one must call a cutter. Of course the small fee can be waived, if the caller is not a billionare.

not sure if broken putters are banned. i think overall, their stats show them to be fairly safe compared to many other places. i don't think this level of violence is seen there often, if ever before.
