*yawn*... I've never been a fan of group-profession signature letters and such when the media decides to publish it or colludes with the involved parties in order to give extra voice to the viewpoint of that particular group... mainly because letters like this are almost purely one-sided, and the opposite side's viewpoint is often not even presented, or certainly not in the same manner. Not only that, but also, these stories generally place a strong emphasis on "group-think" mentalities, as if to say, "if this number of people all agree, then who would dare disagree with them??" (a popular manipulation technique employed by the left).

It seems like such a gimmick designed to sway the reader inside a "NEWS" column rather than an editorial column. Plus, it's hard for any reader to independently verify all the people listed or claimed to be listed in a letter such as this one. Based on the "reasons given" in that WP article, I'm pretty sure all of these "How To Get Away With Murder" wannabees are all political hacks inside the Democrat party, who probably donated money to Hillary Clinton's failed presidential campaign and are seething with rage at how impotent they are in influencing the direction of this country from here on out... Cry me river...

it would be funny if jeff sessions; after trump declares a state of emergency in order to arrest the insurgency, enforces sedition law. where would every subversive "professor" be then ? huh? it would be funny of biblical proportions.
