10 European countries with free or virtually free college tuition
On its face, it’s not a bad idea. Except the free stuff to illegals crap.
The problem with the left is their wish list has no end. Take ‘free’ healthcare for example. IF that were the only thing that was going to be ‘free’ [even Medicare isn’t free] that could be done. Cut out a bunch of government waste, bring good paying jobs back [increases the numbers of tax payers and tax revenues] and we could probably pull it off.
But the left wants free tuition, $15 minimum wage, an economy wrecking Green Deal, free healthcare to people who enter the country illegally and I’m probably missing half a dozen things. AND free healthcare.
Where ever free healthcare actually works, the governments figure out [because they get bitch slapped by economic reality] that they can have free healthcare—but not everything else that can be dreamt up along with it.
And this is part of the reason so much of the country thinks the left is basically insane.
