Best bet, his charade comes out during or just before the Democrat Convention, he will indite some low level FBI attorney that can be in the right wing media portrayed as key to a grand conspiracy, Strzok part two, Trump will play the martyr, and two weeks later the actual "investigation" will be forgotten but inneundos will multiply

I really had hoped that a federal investigation into Crossfire Hurricane would drag all the way into mid-2020. It never occurred that the Mueller Investigation would take two years to play out, causing a massive delay in everything subsequent to that.

It's also gratifying to see how completely in denial you are. It's like the cognitive dissonance equivalent of the bigger they are.
