I used to live in Seattle. I saw this coming almost 20 years ago...which is why I no longer live there. It's a liberal shit hole. No sane person would want to live there.
I would think most of them could afford to live in Seattle, if they actually wanted to..
I have relatives in the area Everett down to Milton & I have been hearing lots of complaints, mostly emanating from Seattle & the state's lack of dealing w/ the problems related to crime, vice, homeless & especially petty crime etc..
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Both. High numbers are a good thing; so are large construction cranes for housing, businesses, infrastructure, etc…. Both are taking places in Seattle.
Wrong.
That is also a completely different economic model you’re using there.
Again, you know this. Much like you know the argument you’re desperately trying to validity was baseless and frankly stupid.

Seattle wasn't bad about a year or so ago when I went there...
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.
- -- The Buddha
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
