WTF?.....hearsay is common in warrant applications because witnesses aren't brought before the judge to obtain the warrant......the applying officer TELLS the judge what witnesses are saying......that is the hearsay........the applying officer doesn't present evidence which itself is hearsay to the judge, because he knows that wouldn't be admissible in court........
