Maybe the sick people are in the hospital rooms. I wouldn't want to be waiting in line or in a waiting room with a bunch of possibly sick people just to be tested.

Oh its true alright. My daughter's hours have been slashed (OR nurse) as have the rest of the staff.
You would be surprised at what is considered elective care.
NYC hospitals may have lits of C10 patients but mist of the rest of America is not.
