There will be lots of witnesses, especially the capitol cops. They will show the videos of the Trump rally including the speeches that goaded people onto violence. The FBI will show the emails between Trump, his organizers, and the white supremacists who showed up in huge numbers. The capitol bldg videos will be shown in slow motion frame by frame to show what Trumpys were doing.
