There is a huge outreach program to Blacks and Hispanics. Their community leaders are joining in. From what I have seen, even the vaccine reluctant Blacks and Hispanics are eager to hear the information. They are not threatening to murder anyone who talks to them about vaccines.
Which is why America is winning the battle to vaccinate Blacks and Hispanics. There is only one group we will lose the battle with.
