Normally when you present to the ER, curled up like a shrimp in agony, because your uterus ruptured, you don't worry much about the credentials of those treating you. I didn't ask the nurse who gave me two units of blood, and my son as well (but not 2 units), what school she went to.

Sorry, Frannie, but I just plumb even forgot to ask the person putting the anesthesia mask over my face before they did the emergency C-section, whether he was "just a nurse" or maybe an actual board-certified MD gas-passer.
