Someone with moderate intelligence or higher would look at the survey rather than taking the word of an idiot that thinks he's smart because he claims to be libertarian. I think he missed the most important reason why libertarians are rude. They are rude because deep down they know their ideas are idiotic and will never work so their rudeness is to hide their intellectual failings.

First of all this is not a poll so has no scientific basis. Only 57 people responded to the survey and when you actually look at it, it doesn't show much of a libertarian streak at all.
For instance in the case of taxation, they were asked to rank 5 tax choices as the most preferable. A national sales tax was supported by the plurality with a flat income tax coming in a close second. (They didn't oppose income taxes since 58% supported an income tax of some form as their first choice in taxation.)
They said Social Security was inadequate in its present form and thought optional individual investments choices should be added. (Wouldn't a true libertarian be against SS in all forms?)
They said the government should provide generous subsidies for medical and scientific research.
They said the government should provide medical care to the poor and elderly.
They said the US military should be used to support UN missions that were voted on.
