People are goofs. Early in his career people started calling him A Rodge as kind of a play off of A Rod and eventually people started screwing it up. How the heck does A Rod refer to "Rodgers"? Anyway, it's a pet peave of mine. Pardon my off topic rant.

Think it was 2004 in the LA Coliseum, Cal vs #1 USC - we were up 23-17 with a minute left. Cal had 1st & Goal on our 9 yard line. Coliseum was absolutely electric and Rodgers threw four straight incomplete passes.

There’s no denying he’s one of the best to ever do it but feels like there could be much more from a winning perspective.

Do you watch the sport at all? It's undeniable there has been discrimination in hiring practices when it comes to the top coaching job. It's kind of embarrassing that you're arguing otherwise - it's something everyone knows. It's extremely evident.

So you would be OK with a 12.1% of Coaches being Black and 57.8 being white. .And you are OK with 57.8% of players being White and 12.1% being Black. I'm OK with that. But the game would suck. The game is a meritocracy and no one should get a job bases on his or her skin color. I'm not whining about the in balance of Black vs White players. and you should be consistent and not whine about the numbers of White coaches vas Black coaches.

IMO it started on sports message boards and just spread . Im a big sports message board guy myself. Everyone shortens names and different things to make posting faster. Line of scrimmage became LOS, A rodgers=Arod, Mike McCarthey=MM, and on and on.
