Default Trump goes 55-0, no endorsements lost

According to an early tabulation of his betting on the 2022 primaries, his endorsed candidates have all won or moved into runoffs.

The headliner from yesterday’s elections was the surprising victory of Hillbilly Elegy author J.D. Vance. The 37-year-old first-time candidate endorsed by Trump took the GOP primary in Ohio.

“President Trump’s historic endorsement streak of success continues unabated,” former White House Political Director Brian Jack told Secrets today.

“He’s 55-0 in midterm primaries — undeniable proof that his endorsement is the most powerful endorsement in politics,” he added.

Just yesterday, Secrets reported a Rasmussen Reports survey that suggested an endorsement from Trump is not just valuable, but much more than one from unpopular President Joe Biden.

Vance’s victory also was a win for Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has also joined in the endorsement business to back "America First" candidates.

Of the 55, five Trump-backed candidates have been pushed into runoffs, and Team Trump does not view them as losses. “We count runoffs as a win too — they didn’t lose,” said a Trump adviser.

Trump does have one notable endorsement in trouble, Georgia gubernatorial candidate David Perdue, who is trailing Gov. Brian Kemp leading up to the May 24 GOP primary. But his other big endorsement in Georgia,

Why are you guys so surprised, these are primaries where Trump won the general by wide margins, from my observation, nothing to see here.

but the CANDIDATES in the PRIMARY endorsed by Trump are the winners; meaning those not endorsed by Trump lost these races

You need some math and civics classes

You are aware these are Republican primaries, most in ruby red Republican States, where the candidates were trying to out Trump each other

Meaning the right has lost its middle ground, become more of the Trump cult, good for Democrats, they love Trump’s name or identity on the ballot

The "cult" has the electoral power.. True this doesn't mean anything in purple or blue states
but it does show Trump is still a kingmaker of the party.

Kinzinger, Cheney, McConnell and a few other Flake types gotta get behind the America First agenda
    or be out of touch

It also shows great resilience of Trump's policies -something that will come into play come the general

oh please. this is all easy public record
if you think a Trump endorsement means the Dems will pay more attention to defeating the Republicans
I can only say that's not how it works

Only been Republicans who have doubted, more so hoped, that Trump wasn’t the head of the Party, in fact, it is no longer or has been the Republican Party, but now it is the party of Trump. Dangerous in.a democracy when one person totally controls a political entity, shades of an autocracy, the opinions of others are important

And as much as you see Trump’s dominance in the party as a plus, Democrats also see it as a plus, easier to run against Trump, as history has shown

I'm still baffled for the dislike/almost hate directed at McConnell. I get it from people on the left but it seems many on the right feel the same way. He played a huge role in the make up of the Supreme Court that we have today. His work on judges has been phenomenal. Yet people hit him with this RINO label. It's not something I understand.

He is totally responsible for the SCOTUS we have today, and the reason it went from at least a symbolic deliberating juridical body to a straight political entity

And pretty obvious why many on the right disdain Mitch, he disagreed with Trump, same reason they hate Fauci, not complicated, the GOP has become the party of Trump, you question anything and you are ostracized

Now those of you still attached to traditional Republican principles are stuck on an island, and you are going to be there for quite awhile
