Ten of those city's names start with "S?" Eight are Spanish names? All but two are next to the Pacific Ocean? Maybe I'm missing something...

Makes me wonder 'Why are they Homeless?'
and 'Why aren't we doing something about it?'.
How much money is thrown at the Homeless People Industry and various services matters a lot, for a lot of these West coast cities that is about $100,000 per year per. And the numbers are just exploding. And the WOKE want to build them all apartments that they would not need to pay for, they would not even need to get treatment for their "issues".
"Houston, we have a problem"

Florida of course was the first place to really take off with Vagrant Tourism. I cant remember when that was at the moment but naturally the kind of people who want to live on the streets went to Florida first. So would you.

In San Francisco awhile back they passed a $1 billion + bond for services/housing for the homeless. Passed with a pretty high percentage. What's funny/sad is they are having trouble spending the money because they can't get approval to put the housing anywhere. No matter where they go in the City they get push back and it gets blocked.
On one hand it's understandable that most people don't want homeless shelters near them. But yeah...
