yes I know everyone, I don't actually just eat taco bell.

In fact, I haven't done late night munchies in like a year. THAT was the fucking worst man. I fucking love midnight snacks. but that shit, not good.
My problem isn't about healthy, or unhealthy. It's about being able to eat at all. I am starting to be able to eat since I started taking peppermint oil. It tamed the inflammation enough. It's good to make things ahead of time, because I'm often not in the shape to cook some times. Today my endorphins seemed to kick in though, and even though I felt loopy as hell, I managed to cook, and eat.

We've had bison burgers before. Good taste, a bit stronger than beef. It's also a bit drier so if you get some ground bison to fix at home, you might want to add something in your mix so it's not so dry.

Have you ever tried intermittent fasting? It's supposed to reduce inflammation.

I don't think so,but straight it's dry, that's why it's best to mix it with something else.

    Selyodka Pod Shuboy,
or dressed herring salad - colloquially known as herring under fur coat. Bascially, a layered salad with pickled herring, potatoes, beets, onion, carrots, with or without a fresh grated apple garnish.

Have you tried hemp oil or other forms of THC for your appetite problem??

It is similar to ground turkey in that regard... Mixed in foods that you would use ground beef it works great, not stand alone, such as a burger w/out a binder..

I made Dolma (grape leave rolls) using bison w/ my daughters & I goggled for a few hours & could not find a recipe or where anyone had even mentioning do it...

I found one Lebanese restaurant in northern Alberta which served bison & also Dolma but not together...... I told by kids they were famous for inventing it..

Very, very slightly.. Nothing like lamb or venison.

If you had it in spaghetti or other dish were it is part of the recipe you would not be able to tell the difference, other than it being richer~less fatty/greasy..

I have tried a slightly different version of that, w/ the herring.. The theme was Norwegian, via Minnesota..

I had several dishes I had never tried & honestly thought would be disgusting but which were quite good & I encouraged my picky daughters/family to try them..

Pickled herring was prob the most surprising as it had cream or sour cream of some type & was not fishy & the flavors well balanced..

Another surprise was Pheasant (leg quarters) & Elk sausages cooked in sauerkraut..

The flavors coalesce very nicely, not sour & tended to lighten up a bit the heavier flavors of the meats.... YUM!!!!!

The peppermint oil seems to do wonders, with only few side effects. I won't try anything new until I see what's going on. I also quit other supplements for now

Well I normally only eat a large dinner lately. In between is just rice cakes, a bagel without toppings, etc. Pretty bland stuff, but I try to sneak in a little something treat worthy, to keep my moral up. I found that fortune cookies work good for that. The inflammation is actually more noticeable when I don't eat, which fits what I've read about inflammatory bowel disorders.
