Any thoughts on why this is?

I love my white privilege
Just the other day a negro and I both reached for the last item on a shelf. I immediately pulled out my White Privilege card and took it.
Just off the top of my head here, without giving it much thought, I think Whites see themselves as 'Conquerors of the World'. They've carved up the World, created Borders, given their Language to the Conquered, and claimed the 'Local Wealth' as their own.
Now, Whites are pretty well off and think, "Hey, maybe we should give some back?"
No idea why, but the video provided an interesting take.

Paraphrasing an infamous quote from the Vietnam war; We had to destroy the culture to save the culture.
If you pretend to yourself that humanity is divided up according to the size of their arses, having smelly feet, skin colour or whatever, you FIRST identify with the gang that seems to be winning some competition or other, because it makes idiots feel better, THEN, when you notice some of them are thieving sods, if you are a sensitive soul, you feel guilty. Better to give up the whole fantastic ballsabout and get to work abolishing capitalism, as Nature intended.
My first sentence: "Don't you guys have Kings (War Lords)?"
Jack: All of Europe had competing Tribes lead by War Lords. As one War Lord beat other War Lords and alliances were forged, countries like Spain, France and Britain took shape. The word 'War Lord' was a bit crass, so they called themselves 'King' and their Military Generals preferred 'Duke', 'Earl', or 'Baron'.
Iolo: "humans work by co-operation."
Jack: Uh, yeah. Those people were called ... Serfs.
And without an incredible degree of co-operation they wouldn't have lasted ten minutes, would they? The point is that thieves learn to tell lies and brainwash, like Trump. Where there are shortages, they can get away with it. Now the shortages are as imaginary as their right to lead always was, there is no need for us to be fooled unless we are mentally very lazy. Since we gave up instinctls there is no 'human nature' to back thieving. It started when agriculture began tying people down to be robbed.

Have the 'Kings' of Europe got their populations to 'pay a fief' to them and their descendants forever?
"Agrarian Justice is the title of a pamphlet written by Thomas Paine and published in 1797, which proposed that those who possess cultivated land owe the community a ground rent,[1] and that this justifies an estate tax to fund universal old-age and disability pensions, as well as a fixed sum to be paid to all citizens upon reaching maturity."

Thomas Paine (along with myself) agree with your last statement.
