No thanks. I'll continue to fly the colors and you'll continue to show your color is yellow. What are you afraid of?

Yeah, I can't imagine why a Confederate clown would open fire upon an American patriot who gets too close to his mobile home.

Your imagination is getting the best of you. It's causing you to be delusional and make up excuses.

Is that you claim now, that you had something to do with that?

But then of course, that's the kind of thing that, as an American, sticks in my memory.

I understand respect for the flag. I know the US Flag Code.

Always hurts when I see someone disrespecting the flag.

Happens all the time with these Trump supporters.

A lot of them are totally trashing the American flag, and I don't like seeing that.

    Not at all, I don't.

All I can figure is they just don't know any better.

They seem to be wanting to show patriotism.

But I think it's more a way of saying they want to trash America their way.

    I stand against that.

So I never miss a chance to express how I feel about that.

    It's disrespectful.

Personal Ignore Policy PIP: I like civil discourse. I will give you all the respect in the world if you respect me. Mouth off to me, or express overt racism, you will be PERMANENTLY Ignore Listed. Zero tolerance. No exceptions. I'll never read a word you write, even if quoted by another, nor respond to you, nor participate in your threads. ... Ignore the shallow. Cherish the thoughtful. Long Live Civil Discourse, Mutual Respect, and Good Debate! ps: Feel free to adopt my PIP. It works well.

Part of making a claim is supporting it with verifiable evidence. I'm yet to see any.

Because somebody chose to fly the flag that way does not make it something Texas ever approved of or had a policy supporting. You are using one example to make a huge, mistaken, conclusion.

Of course, the flag code allows state flags to be flown at the same level as the American flag.

You are making a big jump trying to connect an urban legend about flags to Trump supporters--spreading negative misinformation.
