So far, Trump's tirades have ended up getting us zero.

He yelled at the North Koreans - they cancelled followup meetings and demanded more money.

He yelled at the Mexicans to pay for the wall - they told him to f**k off.

He yelled at the Chinese on trade - then backed off and gave in on the ZTE deal.

Playing the bully only works if you back it up ... problem is that Trump is playing a bluffing game and everyone is getting wise to it.

Sadly, the NK talks were just all talk. Kim isn't doing anything.

    The Mexicans are still laughing.
and we're all laughing at you.

Everything you posted above is a lie first of all

Sooooo we go the route of sanctions (which is what I always thought the lefties preferred) in an effort to pressure Iran to end its nuclear program and its support of militant groups and Rouhani goes with threatening "the mother of all wars?" It's not our fault if Iran didn't spend Obama's billion$$$$ properly.

The Obama giveth...the Trump taketh away. MAGA!
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

Things we learned or should have learned about invading Iraq or any other country in a long drawn out conflict, is an all volunteer military does not work?!! Here's why, a lot of these men and women were sent on multiple deployments, stop lost was enacted, only child was sent into combat and whole family members were sent into harm's way? That why you need the draft, it's all about shared sacrifice?!! No one segment of society should do all the fighting and dying!

Let's post that again...just so that as many people see it as possible.

Find someone talking tough like Donald Trump...and you will almost always find a coward sending other people to back up his "bravery!"

And his sycophants eat this shit up.

Well...in a way that is justice. They should be eating shit!

    I don't watch CNN.

Today Iran is mocking Trump.. Instead of threatening them and empowering the Iranian hardliners, Trump should tell Iran what he wants.

Russia backs Iran.. They always have.

Trump is just trying to change the conversation. The fat loser won't be allowed to start a war.
Leviticus 19:33 And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not do him wrong. 34 The stranger that sojourneth with you shall be unto you as the homeborn among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

I always wondered if Trump boot lickers were literally stupid enough to think Trump was the "peacenik" candidate taking a stand against the "war monger" Clinton - or whether Trumpettes were simply lying their asses off.

That's true. I have dead friends and relatives who died from it, including agent orange.
Banana republics all have volunteer armies. Do you know why?

The revolution was simply a whole lot of desperately poor people trying to get their necks out from under the capitalist jackboot. They used the clerics- not the other way around.
Anybody thinking that the clerics have absolute control in Iran better consider that. Without the clerics Iranians are NOT going to suddenly apply lipstick, tattoo their asses and wear Donald Trump caps.
Desperate and deprived people will rise up anywhere to crush their oppressors. That's why the US and Izrael drip-feed Palestine- and that's why Iranian support for the Palestinians is rooted in their culture. ' We ' are the baddies. Poor folk worldwide can see that and there is an awesome number of them.

What a load of bollox, the mullahs live in resplendent luxury whilst the poor get even poorer.

Articles in the NYTimes by Thomas Erdbrink, [1/1/18/,12/29/17] have underscored how the deteriorating economy of Iran has forced the youth of this majestic country to riot in both large cities, Tehran and Mashdid.

Right now, the official unemployment rate for Iranian [Shi’ites] youth is over 40%. The exact same number as in Saudi Arabia [Sunni Muslims]. This means that an overwhelming number of Iranian’s future can no longer be entrusted to either Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khameini [Supreme Leader of Iran] or President Hassan Rouhani.

Despite the fact that foreign investments have been flowing into this talent-rich country with an unprecedented number of major construction investments; none of those ‘forty percenters’ will have access to those future jobs/projects.

    Why?

Answer: Massive political/religious corruption engendered by Khameini’s righthand henchman, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard [IRG] General Suleimani. He and his military cohorts have mercilessly gobbled Iran’s commerce in full; leaving not even a morsel for the poor and destitute.

The IRG, as w/ China’s PLA, employ a completely fabricated front company called: ‘Khatam-al Anbiya’ to garner the spoils of war in the Middle East [Syria, Iraq, Yemen]. They also leech any foreign contracts [French Renault] that enter Iran.

This ersatz, highly profligate company translates as “Seal of the Prophet” [Erdbrink, 10/21/17]. Like the sickly Shah Pahlavi’s dysfunctional administration, this one created by Khameini’s father Ayatollah Khomeini is more perfidiously dystopic. Some history: I had unsuccessfully attempted to negotiate the Iran Hostage Siege with the senior Ayatollah.

You're an ignorant slob, maggot- the product of a self-serving capitalist establishment which creates drones like you for its own protection and enrichment.
You're also a liar and a propaganda trumpet for establishment crime, of course- but that goes with the territory.
