What surprised me, nothing that looked like classrooms. They actually had classrooms for the littler kids. A border town, SUMMER, they're are likely a bunch of qualified spanish speaking teachers that would go work with them. Teach them English, throw in a few computer classes, math. Some age appropriate reading sessions of some quality books. Get their minds working. Hell, do some soft propaganda. Whether they stay or go home in the end. A missed opportunity!!

They do have a scheduled study hall (probably photo page 30) and are given Spanish>English books and worksheets, nothing formal though from what I've read.
