Interesting - I guess you need this explained to you.

Trump was in a press conference w/ Putin. In that press conference, he threw our intel community under the bus - he took sides with Putin over out intel community, and basically apologized for America in general.

See, for most rational folks, there is a bit of a distinction between that, and regular citizens criticizing out intel here in America, without siding with a foreign adversary.

American politics has always been identity politics from day one. The entire system was founded upon the notion that all men in fact were not created equal at all. In fact, only white male land holders of the aristocracy were even deemed worthy of a voice/vote in their own governance. Don't get more identity politics than that.
