No this was a private meeting, Trump arranged. For you to do this under investigation for crooked ties with those same people, is just insane. You don't go and have a private anything with them. It's common protocol in law. Most cases would be dropped, and charges would be filed if this was in court itself. Trump was shown proof in January 2017. That proof showed Putin directly ordered the attacks. So Trump fired the guy who was investigating those attacks "because of Russia."

What is the proof that Putin ordered these attacks? I have seen articles that say Trump was shown evidence that "indicated" that Putin did this, but cannot find the one that describes what evidence Trump was shown or what made that evidence into proof. "Indicated" does not mean much. What exactly was shown to Trump, and how do we know that it was legit?
