Concern, sure. But no proof of hacking. But that changed, didn't it, when it turned out that Russia hacked the voting systems of at least 20 states and stole the voter information of 500,000 people.
Who ordered those attacks? Putin did. Trump was shown proof that he did in January 2017, then Trump decided to fire Comey "because of Russia", thus ending the FBI investigation into the attacks Putin ordered.
So that's providing aid and comfort to Russia. Which is treason.

No assumption needs to be made; it is. They have texts and e-mails from their source. Trump was shown all this two weeks before he was inaugurated.
So he went and fired the FBI director who was investigating it "because of Russia". So he fired Comey in order to provide aid and comfort to a country whose leader ordered attacks on us.

Obama wanted to warn the American public about it, but the traitor McConnell refused to make it a joint statement.
Conservatives voted against additional election security funding yesterday.
Trump was shown evidence that Putin ordered the attack, so Trump naturally fired Comey because he was investigating Russian attacks that Putin ordered.
So everything Trump has done since his inauguration has been done with the knowledge that Putin ordered attacks on America in order to help him win.
