Well that is why single payer is seen as the Anti-Christ to health insurance companies -- that is why Medicare can operate on a at the most 4 to 5% overhead while the big health insurance companies are between 20 and 30% -- because there is no profit motive for Medicare -- there are no executive bonuses to pay out to people.
