The release of the Russian indictments days before Trump met with Putin, for just one example. I can’t think of a single good reason for Mullet to do that. It wasn’t new information. If it was something Trump needed to know it would be different. But it wasn’t.

In other words, there was no pressing need for Mullet to wittingly inject his inquisition into Trump’s attempt to reset Russian relations. He had to know how the media was going to react, so why did he do it? Why didn’t he wait till the first week in August or whatever?

I don’t get it. So I’m quite open to the idea that Mullet has an agenda beyond searching for truth.
