You could put that list on most any party's website as a platform. All their platforms are pie in the sky B.S. What's really important is each party's philosophy as to how to achieve what's on their lists.
Since no dim is willing to admit to their philosophy I guess I'll have to state it.

Reward personal irresponsibility, punish personal responsibility, in some cases severely.
