It's not. The Constitution clearly indicates it's not.

But Trump did get fewer votes. A lot fewer. 3,000,000 fewer.

An indictment is proof of guilt?

No, he received 34 more than he needed and 77 more than the LOSER when it comes to the only type of vote that counts.

Philadelphia had less first downs, total yards, etc. than New England in Superbowl 52. Should the Patriots be given the Lombardi trophy despite the only thing that mattered was the final score?

Talk about what? To what end?

The truth of this is as plain as the nose on your face .. always has been.

You are entitled to believe whatever it is you choose to believe .. entitled to your political opinions. But I find the anomaly of Trump to be an eye-opening and stunning critique into the minds of republicans and the Right.

Never again will they be able to hide behind the cloak of patriotism.

    Never again.
AMERICAN HISTORY ITSELF IS A TESTAMENT TO THE STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE OF AFRICAN PEOPLE. WE, ALONG WITH THE COURGE AND SACRIFICES OF CONSCIOUS WHITE AMERICANS, LIKE VIOLA LIUZZO, EVERETT DIRKSEN, AND MANY OTHERS, HAVE FOUGHT AND DIED TOGETHER FOR OUR FREEDOM, AND FOR OUR SURVIVAL.

In America, rights are are not determined by what is just, fair, equitable, honest, nor by what Jesus would do. Rights are determined ONLY by what you can DEMAND.

No, the Intel used to get the indictment is proof of guilt.

Trump won't ask Putin to turn over the 12 Russians indicted because why would he? They helped Trump win.

A report is proof of guilt?
It is when it uses US Intel as its basis.

Trump got 3,000,000 fewer votes than Clinton; Trump was not as popular. He was a popular-vote loser.

Philadelphia didn't have the Pittsburgh Steelers attacking New England before or during the game.

Neither are proof of guilt. By definition, it's a formal charge. If what you said was true, we wouldn't have to go through trials in this country only charge people with things and put them in jail.

    Idiot.

You can't lose something that isn't part of what it takes to win.

So then Trump should extradite the indicted Russians to stand trial.

That is your opinion but we've discussed that your opinion is meaningless in reality.

Russia attacked us with the purpose of helping Trump.

Russia's hackers were in touch with Roger Stone, who was in touch with Trump's campaign.

The walls are closing here; your window to escape culpability has already closed.
