Yes, at the 9 second mark. Trump stops to wait for the Queen to go ahead, he looks at her and even motions slightly with his right hand for HER to go out first. But, it was SHE who motioned twice to HIM to step out and go first. Then I noticed she looked back to her guard to come along and follow.
