Putin pointed out the Treaty with the US signed in 1998......Mueller simply has to invoke the contract and PROSECUTE AWAY....first of all, providing the defendants with the right of discovery in revealing his EVIDENCE for the world to see. Mueller has not once brought up the legal point that the US is under contract with RUSSIA to bring justice for such charges. Is Mueller (a supposed legal giant) so ignorant of US LAW and TREATY that he simply overlooked his right to bring to trial those he has indicted and was never prepared for the right of discovery....or is it as Putin declares, "Mueller is nothing but a political tool of convenience attempting to charge Russia with their own campaign crimes....committed by US POLITICANS."
