    So...

...you are saying that someone who has standing to sue...

    ...may sue...

...if something that has not happened...

    ...happens?

I'm not sure I understand, Don.

Can you flesh this out a bit.

What is there about this situation that bothers you...or that you think is a sufficient issue for discussion?

    Thanks.

If Roe vs Wade is overturned, legal authority simply goes back to the states. Little Cuomao lives in a progressive state and they can make all the pro-baby killing laws they want to make.

He’s also whining about his state not having good enough baby-killing laws because they always depended on Roe vs Wade.

who the fuck is he going to sue? and what will his idiot case be?
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

Who is he going to sue? What Court is going to adjudicate a ruling from the highest court in the land?

I am surprised I have to explain it

How does one go about suing a Supreme Court ruling?

    Is there precedent?

Will he take it to The Hague?

    Yoo Hoo Franky?

    Where did ya go buddy?

I thought you were going to educate me on how someone sues the Supreme Court on one of its rulings. I thought you were going to line up precedent after precedent?

Or you can just admit that Cuomo is whacked out of his head trying to score points with his uneducated base?
