Default Which States will have ZERO RESTRICTIONS on ABORTION - if RvW were overturned

So if the Fed gets out of the abortion biz, ... the restrictions placed on abortion will no longer be legally binding.

Which States do you think would allow 3rd trimester abortions for any reason, and by any method?

Many European countries only allow abortions in the first trimester, in Great Britain the cutoff is 24 weeks.

Our Federal gov't restricts (with exceptions) it to 24 weeks as well, ... the measure being "viability" outside the womb.

Well, ... they won't have to worry about the partial birth ban, anymore .... or viability restrictions.

Anything after 24 weeks is barbaric.

California would probably be the first to legalize partial birth again.

I think it would be between California and New Jersey as to which would be the first state to protect a woman's right to her own body...and to insure that the government not interfere with that right.

I think most states should stand up to the American conservative monsters who want to tell women what they can and cannot do as regards their own bodies...although there are some red dominated states where that probably would not happen.

Nothing ya can do about backwardness...except hope that future generations develop some brains.

Do you think that California and NJ would also be the first ones to tell a woman "tough shit" when she makes a decision with her body she can't afford then demands those she told to butt out of what she does with her body pay for it when she can't do so?

I was going to say NJ would be the first to legalize 3rd trimester abortions. But Cali likes to believe it's all ... cutting edge and shit. So I think they will be the first.

BTW, Frankie, many States had some form of legal abortion on the books before RvW, ... and many still do.

looks like Frank is one of those lib'ruls so deficient in biology that he still thinks the unborn child doesn't have her own body, her own distinctive DNA, her own brain and heartbeat before most women even know they are pregnant........65 million of that future generation had developed some brains before folks like Frank ripped them out of their mother's wombs and killed them.........

The Socialists have been working very hard to convince young women ... that pregnancy is a Parasitic Infection, ... not a new human life.
