That should disqualify Trump from naming a judge until the Supremes are done ruling on his crooked, crooked ways.

I don't think so. Like Nixon, he fought to let anyone know what he was doing and the Supremes accelerated his hearings. They ruled against the imperial presidency. Don't know it the right wing Roberts court would do that. This is am extremely political court. Trump wants to appoint a friendly and loyal judge. That issue is if they promise to find him not guilty in their court. Quality doesn't count.
