Meh, most of what Trump has done that has people so rankled is use EO's to undo Obama EO's. I really think Obama exceeded his authority with some of them, but since Reid had undercut him in the Senate, there wasn't a lot he could do to achieve anything once the GOP took the legislative branch except use them. The further we move away from 2016, the more I think maybe Martin O'Malley was civilization's last best hope for a generation.
