Default Trump's approval rating above 50% in new Florida poll

Even as Democrats continue to win close elections in Florida, there is growing evidence that animus toward President Donald Trump may not be as big of a factor in the state's midterm election as the president's critics might like.

A CBS News poll conducted between June 19 and June 22 provides the latest piece of good news for Republicans hoping to beat back a predicted "blue wave." Among likely voters, Trump has an approval rating of 53 percent in the poll while 48 percent disapprove of the president's job performance.

There never WAS a “blue wave.”

It’s still too early to be talking about waves but if the economy stays on the upswing one would have to think the probability of a blue wave decreases.

Also, the Resistance keeps turning the knob up on Shrill lol. That’s not the way to get the undecideds on board.

His average among all polls is 43%. Which isn't great in it's self.

It's not that the Democrats have little hope in November and certainly 2020, it's that they have no hope.

America has spoken, the populist movement is full steam ahead, America first is long overdue.

Trump tapped into what's wrong with this country and ways to fix it.

Approval numbers can be deceiving because they can conflate personal approval with results.

Numbers that reflect how people feel about the direction the country is going is a better indicator.

Isn't Florida one of the key swing states?

There is a brown wave in South Africa and that's a wall of shit. Ironically Zimbabwe is inviting white farmers back as they realise that they are not capable of running the farms. They have seen how Zambia has thrived in recent years.
