I like this one. Utilitarianism as a basis for policy -very practical

yes. I happen to support single pay for utilitarian reasons,as opposed to patchwork/unfunded Medicade expansion

Ask'em what a real border is then. Is the threshold of their front door a real border? Can everyone who wants to, simply cross it?
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

Good rule of thumb. I've avoided fruitcakes all my life, be they human or plated.

Empathy ends at the doorstep lol.

They’re all about empathy so long as it’s an abstraction and they don’t need to deal with its real life consequences.

    Borders are oppressive lol.

The far left wants open borders. And what’s far-Left today, is garden variety Left, tomorrow. That’s why the wall is imperative.

yes/ the wall survives when a POTUS is weak on enforcement.

20 years ago if you had told me a freaking caravan of Guatemalans could march thru Mexico or across the border
I would have thought it daft.

I don't think drug violence was as widespread 20 years ago in Central America.
