Um, no. A politician isn't covered under discrimination rulings. If the person kicked her out because she was doing the Rosary at the table, then you'd have something. Religion is free from discrimination, but it also can't be used to discriminate against others. You can't deny someone the same service you give everyone else, just because you don't like something about their existence. So skin color, sexual orientation, gender, etc, are all protected under anti-discrimination. Those laws were created back when bigots didn't want to serve colored people. Believe it or not, but the rule protects white people as well. A Black person, has to serve a white person. Of course you rarely have this as being an issue.
