There is no evidence of illegals voting in 2016. What Aunt Barry said is not evidence. One lady voted in Texas (Republican) who was a legal resident but not a citizen. She was sentenced to 6 years.

PA is light years ahead of MI as far as voter ID. Repubs tried to push through a law but were shot down four years ago.

"Ruling that "voting laws are designed to assure a free and fair election" and that Pennsylvania's "Voter ID Law does not further this goal," a state judge on Friday struck down that controversial statute. [Judge] MMcGinley said the requirement that was the centerpiece of Pennsylvania's embattled 2012 voter identification law places an unreasonable burden on the fundamental right to vote."

    Easy enough to understand.
That has not been the case in this country for a very long time. So long ago it is irrelevant to today.

Proof at registration is more than enough. Besides it gives our undocumented friends a sporting chance to be heard at our voting booths.
