Default 350 IMMIGRATION judges, 60 courts/report rate of illegals who show to court t 75-77%

Did I hear today the Trump say, "they want to hire thousands and thousands"? So "THEY"--whoever they are-- have a grand plan to go from 350 judges to thousands? Does that sound logical?

OFFICE OF THE CHIEF IMMIGRATION JUDGE

The Office of the Chief Immigration Judge (OCIJ) is led by the chief immigration judge, who establishes operating policies and oversees policy implementation for the immigration courts. OCIJ provides overall program direction and establishes priorities for approximately 350 immigration judges located in approximately 60 immigration courts throughout the Nation.

Did I hear today Trump say that less than 3% of people show up who are given their court date to come to an immigration judge? I've seen and read 2 numbers who show 27 and 25%. That would mean 73 - 75% COMPLY. The numbers CNN cited and the most recent was 2016. 23

This link below details stats and explains why 'most' don't show. Money. They can't afford a lawyer. Or they can't find a lawyer. I think we can surmise that there aren't immigration lawyers on every street or town corner in the southern tier of the country where many "illegals" land. (It is a pdf and I can't c&p excerpts from it but here it is).

Save your keystrokes, I'm quite sure some percentage have committed a crime and have no intention of seeing a judge.

Lie with some semblance of the fucking facts, PLEASE!

    from the above link.....
. Of the 14,455 cases that did not have legal representation, 11,305 had received a removal order in absentia
so in other words 11 out of every 14 defendants did not attend......were you surprised that the ones who didn't show up hadn't bothered to hire a lawyer?.........that is 11,000 illegals who gamed the system........I wonder if we should fix it........

Well we have millions to deport.

Spend what it takes to deport them. Cut welfare and Medicaid to do it. Raise taxes on the poor

Not quite that simple. It is a multi-step process. Some people will see a judge immediately, enter a guilty plea to the misdemeanor, and then be detained for deportation. The ones who don't enter the guilty plea or fight deportation are the ones that have a history of no-showing if released.
