a) I don't get cable."Partisan hysteria aside, the children are separated from their parents while border agents sort things out.
The CPS is guilty of worse travesties on *our own citizens*, in some circumstances. Did CNN tell you the separation is permanent?" DO #11
b) "Partisan hysteria"? It was the lead story on tonight's NBC Nightly News. And it's been prominently featured elsewhere. I'd tell you whether it lead on FNS, but today's broadcast was preempted by soccer.
c) "the children are separated from their parents while border agents sort things out."
"the children are separated from their parents while border agents sort things out" for the first time in history; due to Trump administration procedure change, which the president himself has blamed on congressional Democrats.
d) "The CPS is guilty of worse travesties on *our own citizens*,"
probably. Are you alleging that's a change for the worse since Trump's inauguration too?
Or are you capable of comprehending the difference between the complications of CPS handling cases individually with virtual infinite variation,
vs
a brand new Trump administration policy change unprecedented in history?
No.
I didn't think so.
"It should be obvious to anyone why conservatives and libertarians should be against Trump. He has no grounding in belief. No core philosophy. No morals. No loyalty. No curiosity. No empathy and no understanding. He demands personal loyalty and not loyalty to the nation. His only core belief is in his own superiority to everyone else. His only want is exercise more and more personal power." smb / purveyor of fact 18/03/18

Jarrod nailed it. If rights are dependent solely upon citizenship then the government is the source of rights.
Btw, idiot, the constitution clearly states that only certain rights are enumerated. See 9th amendment. The constitution instead enumerates the powers of the federal government.
Conservatives have completely rejected classical liberal principles and instead are pursuing Putin's plan to destroy the West.

Nothing in the Constitution limits our rights to citizens. If the Constitution prohibits government from abridging free speech, then it cannot abridge the speech of citizens, immigrants, or illegal immigrants. It can arrest and deport illegals but there is no right to be in the U. S. illegally.

"It [liberal] is pretty much now a lost word, in the original sense of being an effort to restrain government; and one has to keep that in mind when using it." William F. Buckley Jr. April 2, 2000 on C-SPAN
