Allow me to tell you what your problem is as you can't see it. Trump is the first President in many years actually enforcing immigration law. Why are you opposed to that? If you think the laws are heartless then work to change them.

Would you be OK with Trump choosing not to enforce other laws?

What you sensitive liberals can't wrap your brains around is that Trump is one of the most Constitutionally acting Presidents we have had in a long time. He isn't creating laws out of whole cloth to suit his needs. He puts the legislative branch in the spotlight. This is for Congress to fix and if the American people truly cared about it, Congress would fix it.

Just because your pussy is all itchy about it doesn't mean shit.

My mistake. 46th out of 58. Bottom quarter in all elections.

Tell me about that “large margin” again, pally boy. Math is difficult for you, isn’t it?

The trumpet administration refuses to enforce many laws, every president does, it’s part of his presidential power to set priorities for the Justice Department. If you don’t believe me ask how many possession of marijuana cases have been prosecuted by the FBI over the last 10 years.

How much illegal immigration should we tolerate GayRod?

Trump ran on putting a stop to illegal immigration. He won.

    Elections have consequences.

I do have to hand it to the Democrat Media Industrial Complex. They are going into overdrive on this one

How much illegal medical marijuana use should we tolerate?

The fact is, the United States of America can end its War on medical marijuana with the stroke of a pen *.
For most of American history there was no War on marijuana. In fact, author Peter MacWilliams says we used to be able to pay taxes with hemp crop.

Many including President GWB tried for immigration reform, and failed.
The Republicans still control our federal government.
    - They lead in the house.
    - They lead in the senate.
    - They lead in the exec.
    - They even dominate in SCOTUS.

If they can't get immigration reform done now; then they're more useless than tits on a bullfrog.

Trump ridiculed the notion of hiring more judges to handle the workload at our border. Trump says no.

So Trump is holding those children hostage, to build his wall, when enough judges could be hired to clear the backlog.

Using children as political pawns is despicable.

    BUT !!

It's President Trump. What else would you expect?

    * Not the kind of "pen" used to confine young children. The kind of pen that such greats as Thomas Jefferson used to change the world for the better.
"It should be obvious to anyone why conservatives and libertarians should be against Trump. He has no grounding in belief. No core philosophy. No morals. No loyalty. No curiosity. No empathy and no understanding. He demands personal loyalty and not loyalty to the nation. His only core belief is in his own superiority to everyone else. His only want is exercise more and more personal power." smb / purveyor of fact 18/03/18

You don't have to separate the families. You're choosing to do that.

So what law says families seeking asylum are to be separated?

Cite the law, text from the law, and when the law was passed by Congress and signed by the President.

    I'll understand if you can't.

The bolded phrase means absolutely nothing. It's purposefully ambiguous and intended to allow maximum parameter shifting later in the conversation.

So the part you're leaving out is the Expedited Hearings Process, which keeps families together and has them all go before the judge at the same time. It was a practice Obama, Bush, and Clinton all used.

So you have a problem with the 9th Circuit Courts decision that maintained that children could not be put in adult detention centers?

Are you suggesting that children be put in adult detention centers with potential rapists and child molestors?

Is that what you want Jarod?

That's funny because we can look at the thread and see you soliciting ideas; and once the ideas are solicited, rather than debate their merits, you cop out because you're an intellectual weakling.
