Even after Nixon resigned from office for obvious crimes, around 25 percent of the electorate still supported him (mostly all Republicans obviously).

Even after George Dumbya Bush led us through two failed, catastrophic wars and guided us right to the precipice of a Second Great Republican Depression, he still had about 30 percent job approval, which means in spite of all the epic failures of Curious George a lot of Republicans still thought Dumbya was doing a great job. And I think a lot of them were on this message board!
