Brent is significantly higher than OPEC... and WTI is always higher than OPEC .

    $74.11 a barrel Tuesday, 12 June OPEC

WTI is lower which is extremely unusual but its because of a serious bottleneck in domestic production.. They can't get it to market.

Brent is not significantly higher. With the move today it is a couple points higher. They are usually in line. You have to comprehend the difference in types of oil produced as well. OPEC inputs all production regardless of quality.
